We just returned from an amazing 14 day vacation in Vietnam. We found Asia Dream Tours through online research, and found their website very easy to navigate and found very positive reviews written about the company. We were not disappointed! Ly was our travel specialist. I modified a tour to fit our time constraints, and she was very helpful in helping me decide where to go. She even met us at our hotel in Hanoi to say hi and we were very happy. She also helped us with our visas, making that very easy!
The arrangements were excellent. All of our guides were top notch! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very flexible with the schedule and all genuinely had our best interest at heart and wanted to insure we had a good and memorable day. All of our drivers were also excellent as well. Everyone was also very timely and accommodating. Most of the food were also included in the tour cost and the menu was specially selected. The local food is not to be missed.The hotels that were selected were very good, comfortable and at the high end.
Every request was well received by the company and the necessary arrangements were revised accordingly. It is also felt that the rates charged was very reasonable taking into consideration the quality of the tour.
Without doubt we will use this company again when we travel to Asia. Highly recommended!!!
