Asia Dream Tours – located in Hanoi, Vietnam – stood out of the crowd as a promising and reliable travel agency.
The seemingly difficult puzzle of our travel plans – from the moment I contacted Nguyen, the Asia Dream Tours sale representative – was solved. Nguyen took the time to review the plan and suggested important modifications, which made a lot of sense. She considered the weather, travel comfort, traffic and transportation, length of stay and cost. Also, she made sure the tour was composed of a mixture of activities: visiting attractions, boating, hiking, and overnight train, to name a few. All this with a great deal of patience and courtesy. We wanted private tours and Nguyen made sure that we had had a dependable driver and nice English-speaking guides who were very familiar with the tour areas, every single one of us were looked after and felt the guide, driver and planning could not have been any better. The food, service, accommodation was first class. Nothing seemed too much trouble and the millions of questions we threw at our guide were all met with answers and intimate knowledge of the area. We asked from some ‘off the cuff’ stops and they were granted with a smile.
There are not enough words to describe the amazing, excellent and kind service we received from Asia Dream Tours, in general, and from Nguyen, in particular. When we were in Hanoi, we met Ms. Nguyen – an energetic lady with positive attitude and full of smiles.
I was scared it would not meet expectations, I am thankful that Asia Dream Tours exceeded far beyond them that I am keen to come back on another trip with them.
