THAILAND – BANGKOK ARRIVAL

Arrival at Bangkok International Airport, your private driver from Asia Dream Tours will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel.

While every effort is made to have your room available upon arrival, check in time is at 02:00pm; your room may or may not be ready before this time.

BANGKOK FREE (Breakfast)

Today you are free at your own leisure to refresh yourself after the long flight to Bangkok.

BANGKOK DISCOVERY – MUAY THAI SHOW (Breakfast)

This morning, meet our tour guide at the lobby and start your visit to the most famous reclining Bhudda at Wat Pho – the oldest massage school in Thailand, where the blind may be trained to become masseuses. Then visit a site the Thai people consider the most sacred in the Kingdom: The Royal Grand Palace. This is one of the most beautiful examples of an ancient Thai court, with several Halls in same compound.

Return to your hotel after the visit.

This afternoon, our driver will transfer you to the stadium for enjoying the Muay Thai Fight Show.

*** Since the Muay Thai Fight Show in Bangkok operates on Mon, Wed, Thu, Sun from 18.30-22.30pm at different stadium of the week, we will arrange the show at the suitable place according to you schedule.

BANGKOK – KANCHANABURI – DEATH RAILWAY STATION (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, we will make our way to Kanchanaburi to visit the world-famous Bridge over the River Kwai, a part of the Death Railway constructed by Allied prisoners of war. Take leisurely walks around town and pictures on the world-renowned Death Railway.

If we have enough time, we will take the train ride on Death Railway through magnificent scenery, passing over the original wooden viaduct constructed by Allied POWs. Next we’ll visit JEATH War Museum (World War II Museum) and take a photo at River Kwai Bridge, where the famous movie The Bridge On River Kwai was filmed.

Check into your hotel and relax at your own leisure by the river Kwai.

KANCHANABURI – ELEPHANT HAVEN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Elephant Haven Thailand – Big Change ! No riding, No shows, JUST LOVE !

Elephant Haven – Sai Yok Kanchanaburi program, is located in the South West of Thailand.
The team from Elephant Nature Park have been working together with The SaiYok Elephant Park – A trekking camp in Kachanaburi, in preparation of this important event. Taking the saddles off of the elephants that were being used for riding.
7:00am you will take the boat to the pier where our driver is waiting to pick you up and transfer you to the Elephant Haven.

After a safety briefing on arrival at the project, you will prepare food for the elephants and then given the opportunity of meeting and getting to know the elephants whilst feeding them.
After lunch, walk with the elephants to the river and watch them bathe and also witness their playfulness as they frolic in a mud pit.

Walk with the elephants through the forest back to the main project area and feed the elephants and take the final photos of the day.

3:00pm – Depart Elephant Haven project and return to Kanchanaburi arriving at about 4:30pm

KANCHANABURI – FREE AT LEISURE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Today, you are free at your own leisure in Kanchanaburi. Lunch and dinner are included on this day.

KANCHANABURI – BANGKOK (Breakfast)

This morning, you will check out the resort and start heading back to Bangkok. On arrival, check in and relax at your own leisure in Bangkok.

BANGKOK – FLIGHT TO SIEMREAP (CAMBODIA) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, our driver will transfer you to the airport for a short flight to Siemreap.

On arrival, our driver and tour guide will meet you up at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Siemreap. Check in and relax at your own leisure. (Check in time is 14.00)

At the right time, our driver and tour guide will meet you up at the hotel and transfer you to the Phare Circus to enjoy the amazing show performed by the talent young Cambodian artist.

Return to your hotel after the show.

SIEMREAP – ANGKOR COMPLEX (Breakfast)

You start the day by driving to the world heritage areas. Ride among the jungle passing local village and local shop. It’s a very special and acting day as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist:

– The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century)
– See the South Gate, Bayon Temple- unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara
– Baphuon temple lying just to the north of Bayon a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru
– The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas
– The Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.
Continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. After that you will have lunch at a local restaurant (own account).

The tour continues with the major visit to the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology.

You end up our day with a visit to Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sun set view form Bakheng hill.

SIEMREAP – BENG MAELEA – BOAT TRIP TO TONLE SAP LAKE (Breakfast/Lunch)

Having seen more of the surrounding temples, return in the direction of Siem Reap, stopping to explore another of the lesser visited temples – Beng Mealea, similar in size to the better known Angkor Wat (both were built by Jayavaram VII). Utterly swallowed by jungle, and with minimal restoration work, it is easy to imagine what it must have been like for early explorers discovering these temples for the first time.

Moving in tune with the rhythm of the great annual flood of Tonle Sap, we take a boat ride to the village of Kompong Phhluk on stilts. Explore this great ecosystem by way of canoeing and hear the calls of the macaque monkeys while observing the forest beneath the lake’s surface. We will see the Buddhist temple is standing on the island with some beautiful Buddhist life painting on the celling.

SIEMREAP – FLIGHT TO DANANG – HOIAN (VIETNAM) (Breakfast)

Today you are free at your own leisure until our driver transfers you to the airport for a short flight to Da Nang (Vietnam).
Getting picked up by our driver in Da Nang, you will then head to your hotel in Hoi An. Check in and relax at your own leisure by the peaceful Hoi An town.

HOIAN – FREE AT LEISURE (Breakfast)

Today you are free at your own leisure to explore Hoi An town or just empty your wallet by picking up the tailor made clothes.

HOIAN – DANANG – FLIGHT TO HANOI (Breakfast)

This morning, you are free at your leisure until our driver transfers you to the airport for a short flight to Hanoi.

Getting picked up by our driver and tour guide at the airport, you will then head to your hotel. Check in and relax at your own leisure.

HANOI – DUONG LAM ANCIENT VILLAGE – AFTERNOON HANOI CITY TOUR (Breakfast/Lunch)

This morning, we will visit Duong Lam ancient village, a purely agricultural village of the Northern Red River delta where still preserve many hundred-year-old houses. It will be your unique experience as you cycle along tiny ancient alleys; visit MongPhu temple in MongPhu hamlet – the only hamlet whose original village entrance gate remains intact, dedicated to national heroes. Have some talks with the locals in their ancient houses by visiting the ancient houses, Mia Pagoda (other hamlet in Duong Lam village) built in 15 the century and admire 287 statues of all sizes, among with are famous sculpture such as the statue of Buddha in the Himalayas and the statues of the Eight Vajra Deities.

After the visit, we will head back to Hanoi for having lunch at a fine dining local restaurant.

After lunch time, we will get back to the Old Quarter to walk through the narrow streets that were famous for its specialized craft making guilds, The guild streets were named for their product or location and still bear such names nowadays; and then join in an unique water puppet show that features the Viet folklores and culture.

HANOI – HALONG (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

At 08:00, you will leave Hanoi for Halong Bay after 3.5 hours drive and board a boat, enjoying lunch while cruise through the bay. The magical bay is home to thousands of limestone islands rising from the waves like dragons’ teeth. Later in the afternoon, you will visit an interesting fishing village with opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. Back on board, you will enjoy cocktails or cooking classes while watching the sunset, before indulging in a lavish dinner onshore. Afterwards, you can choose to do anything from joining movie night, playing board games, or relaxing at the beauty spa before retiring for the night.

HALONG – HANOI (Breakfast/Lunch)

Wake up on the bay to the sounds of waves, fresh air, and breeze welcoming the new day. After breakfast, visit a beautiful limestone grotto then walk back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. The boat arrives at the harbor by 11.30am and your driver is waiting to take you back to Hanoi.

On arrival, check into your hotel and relax at your own leisure in Hanoi.

HANOI – FLIGHT TO PHU QUOC (Breakfast)

This morning, our driver will meet you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport for the flight to Phu Quoc.
On arrival, getting picked up by our staff at the airport, you will then head to your hotel and relax at your own leisure.

Seasonal information:

No matter for first-timers or seasoned travelers, an adventure to Cambodia and Vietnam is ideally made during October to next February. If you would like to dodge from big crowds, leave Chirstmas and January. Travelling for great value and experiences, we would suggest late September to October and February. If the heat and occasional rainfalls are not much a problem for you, you are in for a great deal during the shoulder seasons, namely March to August. During this time, we will arrange a noon break and the pace will be much lossen as for you to restore. Laos is a destination in Southeast Asia good for visiting all-year-round. During the peak season, namely late September to next March, great weather brings out the best colors of Thailand. Although it can be a bit hotter and rainier during summer time, namely April to September. However, everything can be tailor-made, right? If your plan does not fall in the best time, our travel consultants can still make it possible by adjusting activities, destinations and etc. Specify your travel time and let us work the magic.

Vietnam visa

Most nationalities are required to obtain tourist visa for Vietnam ahead of the travel time. Holders of British, German, French, Spanish and Italian passports are exempt from visas for a stay of a maximum of 15 days for all purposes. We suggest you get your Vietnam visa at least one month ahead of your travel, which can be done either by application at your nearest embassy or online. Or we can offer you a Visa Aprroval letter for free (please contact our travel consultant for more information).

Cambodia visa

The easiest way to get visa for Cambodia is do it on arrival. Most nationalities are offered Visa-on-Arrival at international airports of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Fare is USD 30-35 for all nationalities, for a maximum stay of 30 days and extensions are possible.

Thailand visa

Visitors to Thailand must obtain a visa from one of the Thai diplomatic missions unless they come from a visa-exempt country or a country whose citizens are eligible to obtain visas on arrival. Thailand currently offers visa-free travel to nationals of 64 countries and territories…

Meals

Daily breakfast at hotels and a lunch for days with sightseeing are included, so are some dinners as mentioned in the itinerary. For meals that are not included, your tour guides will be happy to offer suggestions. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know when making your inquiry. We will do our best to accommodation and we appreciate your understanding at some places that are not within our control.

Transportation

You will have a private car in each destination; our cars are within 5 years of usage and your private drivers will be polite and drive with strong regard for safety. All of vehicles are in good maintenance and with A/C.
